Qualifications

• 10+ years trial/arbitration litigation paralegal experience.
• Relativity + strong discovery/trial prep skills.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and Word formatting.
• Highly organized; thrives under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft/file litigation documents (petitions, discovery, motions).
• Prep for depositions, hearings, trials/arbitrations (binders, exhibits, witness kits).
• Manage subpoenas, record requests/releases, and key case deadlines/calendaring.
• Summarize deposition/medical records; build case timelines.
• Coordinate experts and deliver case materials.
• Handle ESI organization and document production using Relativity.
• Research/cite-check as needed; communicate with clients/counsel professionally.
