• 25 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Paralegal certificate or related education preferred
• Experience supporting attorneys through litigation and trial preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and case preparation
• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek guidance

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, evidence, witnesses, and case materials
• Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Assist with discovery, including document review, organization, and production
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation
• Maintain accurate and organized litigation files and case management systems
• Track deadlines, court dates, and case-related tasks to ensure matters stay on schedule
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other parties
• Support attorneys before and during trials, hearings, depositions, and other proceedings
• Anticipate attorney needs and take initiative to keep cases moving forward

We are seeking a Trial Litigation Paralegal with 25 years of experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, confident managing competing priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
