NPAworldwide in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Entry-Level Trial Litigation Paralegal. Recent graduates will be trained and mentored by experienced attorneys while gaining exposure to the trial process.

You will provide day-to-day paralegal support, assist with trial preparation, research, organize files, manage deadlines, and communicate with attorneys, clients, and courts. Salary $60,000–$65,000 per year.

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day paralegal support to attorneys handling complex litigation matters.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, and case materials.
• Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain litigation files and documentation.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, pleadings, motions, and other case-related materials.
• Coordinate deadlines and ensure important case details are tracked accurately.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties.
• Jump in wherever needed to help the legal team prepare for successful outcomes.
