Poulin | Willey Trial Lawyers in California is seeking an experienced Trial Lawyer to join our growing personal injury team. This role requires an active California license in good standing.

You will own your caseload from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial, taking depositions and handling pleadings and motions with support from paralegals.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the California bar in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury preferred.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from filing to settlement or verdict.

Poulin | Willeyis seeking an experienced Trial Lawyer to join our growing personal injury team. This role offers the opportunity to represent clients throughout California and requires an active California license in good standing.

We are dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients and are looking for an attorney with strong courtroom skills, proven litigation experience, and a commitment to client service. You will take ownership of your caseload and lead matters from filing through discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial.

What You Will Do

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from initial litigation through settlement or verdict.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings, including jury selection, opening/closing statements, and examinations.
• Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California bar, in good standing.
• Ideally 3+ years of litigation/trial experience in personal injury or related areas, but willing to train those with less experience.
• Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

: This role can sit ANYWHERE in California! Must have an active CA Law License. The compensation for this role includes a base of $112,500 plus a bonus percentage. Trial Lawyers typically average $150,000 - $1850,000 in year one.
