• Case Preparation: Gathering evidence, reviewing files, conducting legal research, and interviewing witnesses.
• Court Appearances: Experienced in arguing motions, selecting jurors, and delivering opening/closing statements.
• Litigation Strategy: Experienced in developing compelling narratives, examining and cross-examining witnesses, and anticipating opposing counsel’s moves.
• Client Advocacy: Advising clients on legal strategies, negotiating settlements, and protecting client rights.
• Administrative Work: Filing legal documents, preparing scheduling orders, and maintaining case records.
