Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
  • 15–20 first-chair or substantial trial experiences to verdict.
  • Proven success in jury and bench trials.
  • Exceptional courtroom presence, advocacy, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and develop less-experienced attorneys.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Collaborate with litigation teams to prepare cases for trial while remaining focused on trial execution.

Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 per year

  • Mentor and train associate attorneys in courtroom advocacy, trial preparation, and presentation skills.
  • Conduct mock trials, trial workshops, and courtroom strategy sessions.
  • Collaborate with litigation teams to prepare cases for trial while remaining focused on trial execution.
Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • Minimum of 15–20 first-chair or substantial trial experiences to verdict.
  • Demonstrated success in jury and bench trials.
  • Exceptional courtroom presence, advocacy, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to teach, mentor, and develop less-experienced attorneys.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Civil litigation and jury trial experience.
  • Experience training or supervising attorneys.
  • Proven record of obtaining favorable trial outcomes.
