Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to join its Manhattan team. The attorney will manage a diverse and complex personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial, handling slip-and-fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and animal attack cases.

The candidate must hold a JD, be active with the New York State Bar, and have at least 3 years of PI experience, with excellent client service and written/spoken advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active NYS Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter with long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities
