The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of civil litigation experience with emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense or business litigation and possesses trial experience, including first chair jury trials.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance defense or business litigation.
• Trial experience with first chair jury trials preferred.
• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial analysis through trial and resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses and handle court appearances.
• Lead settlement negotiations and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
