We Are Legal Revolution in California is seeking an experienced insurance defense litigator to join a strong defense platform. You will handle matters from inception to resolution and gain real trial exposure.

You will own cases, take depositions, manage discovery, and work closely with senior litigators to shape strategy and reporting for clients. This role offers a direct, hands-on path to courtroom experience in general liability and tort defense, with room to advance based on performance.

Formación

• Background in insurance defense litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Work on a mix of general liability / tort-based defense cases.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, manage discovery, and prepare matters for trial.
• Play an active role in case strategy, evaluation, and client reporting.
• Work closely with experienced litigators on more complex matters as needed.
