Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles is seeking a mid level Insurance Defense Associate to manage a caseload across general liability, premises, and products liability for major insurers. This remote-friendly role requires a strong in-office presence with at least three days per week, and offers meaningful responsibility from day one in a nationally active disputes practice.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience from a reputable defense practice.
• Active California bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including general liability, premises liability and products liability.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for insurer and corporate clients on assigned files.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and prepare detailed coverage and liability analyses.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings and conferences, and support trial preparation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with partners on strategy while taking substantive ownership of files appropriate to experience.
