Competenze

• 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong case-handling skills, including motions, discovery, depositions, and trial prep.
• Interest in developing as a courtroom advocate and client-facing litigator.

Mansioni

• Defend insurer and business clients in a range of litigation matters, including premises liability, transportation, construction-defect, product liability, and general liability claims.
• Manage cases through key stages of litigation, including motions, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Maintain proactive client communication and contribute to case strategy and resolution.
