We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be able to handle a file and have a strong background in managing all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including complex contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation.

Responsibilities

• 1. Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• 2. Handle a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business dissolutions, and various other business litigation matters.
• 3. Conduct thorough and detailed discovery processes to gather necessary information and evidence for each case.
• 4. Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive arguments and presentation for depositions, court hearings, and trials.
• 5. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents in a clear and effective manner.
• 6. Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and strategies in an understandable way.
• 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• 8. Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation.
• 3. Admission to the Alabama (AL) state bar.
• 4. Proven experience in trial practice, courts, depositions, and discovery.
• 5. Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• 7. Ability to handle a high volume of cases and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
