Custom Processing Services, Inc. in Reading, PA, seeks a Trial Chemical Mill Operator to run and execute trials on various equipment.

You will work with Technical Sales Engineers to determine testing methods, refine processing parameters, and provide customers with target trial outputs, while ensuring precise documentation and safety compliance. The role emphasizes attention to detail, PPE adherence, 5S practices, and performing quality tests and adjustments.

Formación

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, stretch, kneel, crouch, sit
• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsabilidades

• Receive assigned stations from Technical Sales Engineer or Operations Supervisor.
• Comply with PPE and all other safety requirements.
• Comply with 5S programs.
• Operate machines per Process paperwork and Production Work Instructions as trained.
• Perform quality control tests as required and make adjustments to equipment as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout.
• Perform product changeovers and system clean downs as scheduled and instructed.
• Keep ahead on all package preparations as able with time allowed.
• Dispose of trash in proper method throughout shift.
• Communicate quality and food-safety related issues with appropriate team members.
• CMO’s who are approved for performing tasks in a cGMP environment must complete Annual cGMP Training.
• CMOs approved for Food Safety environments must complete Annual Food Safety Training and Quiz with Passing score 70%.
