A leading insurance company is seeking a Trial Attorney to represent clients in bodily injury and property damage lawsuits. The role involves preparing for trials, conducting mediations, and managing case strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred. The Trial Attorney represents insureds and the Company in defending bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and other litigated cases. This role involves preparing for and conducting hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
This role is bonus eligible, with a base salary based on skills and experience. Compensation ranges from $66,800 to $120,650 annually, depending on qualifications. The candidate will be required to submit to a background check.
