Job summary

The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Trial Attorney in Coral Gables, FL. The attorney will meet with clients, assess claims, and prepare cases for trial while communicating with insurers and clients to achieve optimal results.

Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, Florida Bar in good standing, and a minimum of two years of litigation experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with strong written and verbal communication skills and a team-oriented,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Jury trials as first chair preferred; second chair required

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust.
• Update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
• Prepare cases for trial and try the case if needed.
