Job summary

10x Recruitment is seeking a Trial Attorney to build a Washington personal injury practice in Seattle. This ground-floor, hybrid, full-time opportunity places you as the firm’s Seattle presence with a dedicated paralegal and a national platform behind you.

You will handle PI claims from intake to resolution, depose, argue motions, work with experts, mediate, arbitrate, and try cases while building relationships in the local legal community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years handling personal injury claims.
• At least 1 year plaintiff-side experience.
• Admitted in Washington or eligible and willing to be admitted.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury claims from intake through resolution — motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, work with experts, mediate, arbitrate, and try cases.
• Exercise real judgment on case selection and case valuation.
• Build relationships in the Seattle legal community and establish the firm's presence in the market.
• Work alongside a dedicated paralegal hired to support your caseload.
