Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Washington State Bar
• Minimum 6 years of experience in trial work, depositions, discovery, and motions
• Strong legal research and legal writing skills
• Proven ability to handle high-stakes litigation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court, present evidence, and cross-examine witnesses.
• Conduct depositions to gather information for trial.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including document production and deposition prep.
• Develop trial strategies and represent clients through all phases of trial.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for efficient case handling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of precedents, laws, and industry changes.
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed about case status.
