Job summary

Genuine Search Group is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney (Of Counsel) to join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on labor law, employee benefits, and constitutional and civil rights cases in Washington, D.C. This role involves discovery, depositions, motions, and trial, with the responsibility to manage a docket from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience, a strong federal court background, and jury trial experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong background in federal court practice.
• Jury trial experience required (first or second chair).
• Experience in one or more of the following preferred: Constitutional law Employment or labor law.
