Job summary

The Partners Group is seeking an experienced trial attorney to join its in-house legal team handling medical malpractice matters for healthcare providers. This fully remote role includes occasional hearings and travel across Florida; a Florida license is required.

You will manage cases from pleadings through trial, advise on proceedings before the Florida Board of Medicine, and collaborate with risk management and external counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience in medical malpractice required.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• Experience representing healthcare providers is a plus.

TRIAL ATTORNEY WANTED FOR LEADING INSURANCE PROVIDER – MEDICAL MALPRACTICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (Ft. Myers/Naples, FL – Remote) - Our client, a large provider of liability insurance, has exclusively engaged us to identify a highly qualified trial attorney to join their in-house legal department. The hired attorney will directly represent healthcare providers/physicians and entities during litigation, at trial, and before the Florida Board of Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of litigation experience with medical malpractice claims – litigators with a general liability background will also be considered. Candidates coming from either the plaintiff's or the defense side will be considered.
