Recruitometry in Florida is seeking a driven Trial Attorney to join its legal team. This role targets hands-on litigation experience, managing cases from client consultations through trial preparation and courtroom representation.

You will work with clients, insurers and colleagues to advance matters while delivering informed and compassionate advocacy. The ideal candidate brings strong trial judgment, negotiation skills and the ability to own cases independently, with second-chair history in

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience as second chair in jury trials is required.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong negotiation and case management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand cases and build trust.
• Manage litigation matters and keep clients informed of developments.
• Evaluate claims and develop strategies for favorable outcomes.
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies on claims.
• Prepare cases for trial and coordinate necessary preparation.
