The Law Offices of Kanner & Pintaluga PA in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Trial Attorney to represent clients with diligence, compassion, and legal acumen. Attorneys meet with clients, discuss cases, and prepare for trial.

Candidate must have a JD, be in good standing with the Florida Bar, and possess 6+ years of litigation experience, including 5+ jury trials as first chair; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 or more years of litigation experience
• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred
• Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
