Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Savannah is seeking an experienced Litigation/Trial Attorney to join our prolific PI practice. You will manage a heavy caseload, advance cases toward verdict when appropriate, and collaborate with our team of renowned trial lawyers to pursue justice for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from an accredited law school, is admitted to the State Bar, and brings at least 3 years of personal injury experience along with outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

This Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases in litigation, with a Plaintiff PI Lawyers dream caseload ripe for the taking. In this role, you will be empowered to take cases to verdict when necessary, and you will work alongside world-class trial lawyers in pursuing justice for your clients.
