Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and litigation strategy for cases.
• Perform legal research, draft documents, and manage case litigation.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies for clients.
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Supervise paralegals and administrative staff as needed.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
• Previous jury trial experience (civil)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
