Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership (or pending admission).
• Strong foundational background or passion for civil/commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated local ties to Vero Beach, Indian River County, or the Treasure Coast.
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, research, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Perform detailed legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Communicate directly with high-value clients, providing tailored strategy and responsive representation.
• Collaborate with firm partners and senior counsel on complex, high-stakes disputes.

• Base Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
