Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar license.
• Extensive personal injury litigation experience.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 75-100 active personal injury litigation files.
• Oversee cases from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Prepare cases for trial, including case strategy and witness preparation.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Maintain detailed and organized case records.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
