Responsibilities

• Responsible for litigation of plaintiff personal injury actions from inception to trial.
• Able to work independently with little to moderate managerial oversight of core duties.
• Conduct EBTs, oral argument of motions/appeals, hearings, arbitrations and mediations.
• Coordinate trial preparation with client, experts, and witnesses.
• Conduct jury selection and trial for liability and damages.
• Prepare discovery and dispositive motions or oppositions.
• Communicate effectively with client, insurance company and defense counsel.
• Manage a high-volume case load.
• Ability to travel to all courts in the five boroughs and Long Island.
