Job summary

Job Summary

Our practice is located at 414 Haverhill Street Rowley, MA 01969. We are a Community-based site with a steady patient volume and smoothly functioning daily operations. On average we see 130 patients per day supported by 8 clinicians. Our primary care physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.We are seeking a full-time RN to join our care team in a hands-on triage and clinical support role, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This position will provide a combination of telephone triage, direct patient care, patient outreach, and care coordination. Hands-on nursing responsibilities will include wound care, injections, vaccinations, and supporting flu clinics, while patient outreach will involve post-ED follow-up calls, scheduling, and providing blood pressure and diabetes education. The RN will work within a collaborative care team model, serving as POD support with one nurse partnered with two providers, making this a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys both direct patient care and working closely with providers to support comprehensive patient care.

Essential Functions


  • -Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.

  • -Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

  • -Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.

  • -Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

  • -Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.

  • -Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
