Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks a full-time Registered Nurse at our Rowley, MA outpatient site. You will provide direct patient care, triage by phone, and assist with wound care, injections, and vaccines alongside a collaborative care team.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, onsite, with strong emphasis on patient education, care coordination, and adherence to infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license in state required.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• 1 year ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support in outpatient setting.

We are a Community-based site with a steady patient volume and smoothly functioning daily operations. On average we see 130 patients per day supported by 8 clinicians. Our primary care physicians specialize in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.We are seeking a full-time RN to join our care team in a hands-on triage and clinical support role, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.This position will provide a combination of telephone triage, direct patient care, patient outreach, and care coordination. Hands-on nursing responsibilities will include wound care, injections, vaccinations, and supporting flu clinics, while patient outreach will involve post-ED follow-up calls, scheduling, and providing blood pressure and diabetes education. The RN will work within a collaborative care team model, serving as POD support with one nurse partnered with two providers, making this a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys both direct patient care and working closely with providers to support comprehensive patient care.SummaryResponsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.Does this position require Patient Care?
