Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• California RN License upon hire.
• 2 years case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting; 2 years preferred.
• 2 years - Acute or ambulatory nursing experience; 7 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Triage incoming calls, assess caller needs, and provide appropriate healthcare options.
• Educate callers on immediate health advice and wellness behaviors.
• Refer callers to primary providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources.
