Job summary

Providence is seeking a Nurse Advice Line Representative in CA to manage incoming calls and provide clerical support to the Nurse Advice Line staff. You will refer callers to community resources, health classes, and physician referrals when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Word, Windows, Excel experience.
• Associate's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience.
• 2 years Experience in a Health care environment.
• Experience with multiple line telecommunication system.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Nurse Advice calls.
• Provide clerical support for the Nurse Advice Line staff and management.
• Refer callers to community resources, health classes, and/or physician referrals when necessary.
