Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• Basic MS Word, Windows, and Excel experience required.
• Experience in a health care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Nurse Advice Line calls under supervision.
• Provide clerical support to Nurse Advice Line staff and management.
• Refer callers to community resources, health classes, and physician referrals when necessary.
