Job summary

Father Bill’s Place & MainSpring House is seeking a Regular Full Time Triage Coordinator in Plymouth, MA. This role leads a new Triage team aimed at reducing homelessness through rapid assessment and placement, reporting to the Plymouth Stabilization Manager.

The position supervises the Re-Housing case manager, Outreach worker, and Winter Shelter Support Staff, with afternoons/evenings and some weekends. A Bachelor’s degree and nonprofit supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 3–5 years of increasing responsibility within a nonprofit organization.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Triage team in the Plymouth region.
• Supervise the Triage staff (Re-Housing case manager, Outreach worker, Winter Shelter Support Staff).
• Provide oversight of prevention, diversion, re-housing, and outreach activities in Plymouth/Wareham.
• Coordinate with the Plymouth Taskforce to End Homelessness for Winter Shelter needs and volunteers.
• Maintain client records with privacy and compliance per agency policy and law.
• Collect data, track contracts, and prepare progress reports to meet goals and objectives.
