Job summary

The Triage Coordinator in Plymouth will lead a new Triage team within Father Bill’s Place & MainSpring, directing daily operations at Winter Shelter sites and guiding a cultural shift toward rapid exits to housing or treatment.

The role supervises the Re-Housing case manager, Outreach worker, and Winter Shelter Support Staff, requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years supervisory experience in a non-profit, with flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years of increasing responsibility within a non-profit organization
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a non-profit setting
• Experience supporting homeless services and shelter operations preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Triage team and shelter sites
• Provide oversight of prevention, diversion, re-housing, and outreach work in Plymouth/Wareham region
• Hire, train, supervise, and support Triage staff; advise the Stabilization Manager
• Maintain client recordkeeping with privacy in accordance with policies and laws
• Track contract adherence and prepare monthly progress reports
• Maintain relationships with community providers to access services for guests
