The Division of Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at theUniversity of Utah School of Medicine is seeking an experiencedMedical Assistant to join our ambulatory clinical care operationsas a Triage Medical Assistant. The division consists of 12full-time faculty, 2 part-time faculty, 6 full-time APPs, 7clinical nurses, and 1 research medical assistant that practiceprimarily at Primary Children's Hospital (PCH) and PrimaryChildren's Outpatient Services Building, PCH Lehi.
The Triage Medical Assistant provides assistive care to patients. Facilitates the efficient delivery of patient care, supports the professional role of the licensed staff, and provides support and assistance as directed by licensed staff in rendering base healthcare to the patient. Assists with clerical functions as a multi-skilled auxiliary worker.
