Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Nebraska LPN license is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/BLS within 60 days; Medication Aide within 90 days; CDT certification after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Triaging calls and faxes, prioritizing patient needs with empathy and accuracy.
• Educate patients and guide them through treatment plans.
• Document patient histories, assist procedures, and educate patients in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Scribe during exams to capture real-time notes and maintain records.
