Job summary

The Dermatology Center, LLC is a Rolla, MO-based dermatology practice seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical team. This full-time role supports dermatology providers in delivering efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and capable of supporting scheduling, patient flow, and scribe duties.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri or CMA certification.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dermatologists during examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed.
• Obtain and document patient vitals, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Perform wound care, bandaging, and dressing changes.
• Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency.
• Accurately scribe for providers during patient visits.
