Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: manage and motivate Field Managers and Technicians to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and trade partners for smooth execution.
• Coordinate field operations across multiple projects and distribute workload efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Oversee budget and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Utilize tools like BOLT or similar to track progress and audits.
