Job summary

Stier Supply Company in Greenville, SC, seeks a proactive Residential Field Manager to supervise install teams in new residential neighborhoods, ensuring doors, trim, and hardware are installed to spec on schedule and within budget.

You will build relationships with customers and builders, enforce safety standards, and coordinate multiple projects, including travel for training if needed. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers and builders.
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft, and Dropbox.
• Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for daily use.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks in new residential neighborhoods.
• Establish strong working relationships with customers and their builders.
• Enforce high-quality safety standards across projects.
• Prioritize multiple projects and coordinate team workloads.
• Collaborate with other Field Managers to organize teams and schedules.
• Schedule and organize work to meet deadlines and standards.
• Visit construction sites daily to monitor progress and installations.
