Job summary

TitleOne is seeking a Tri-Cities Team Leader to oversee the escrow and title operations across the Tri-Cities region, including Benton and Franklin Counties. You will drive daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives while delivering service aligned with TitleOne’s standards.

You will recruit, coach, and develop team members, manage workload and capacity, and establish SOPs for consistent quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Strong understanding of escrow and title operations and related regulations.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents and convey guidance clearly.
• Experience aligning operations with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop escrow and title teams to maintain accountability and service excellence.
• Set priorities and direction to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members for success.
• Conduct regular meetings, 1:1s, and evaluations including compensation recommendations.
