You'll craft visuals, edit short-form videos, collaborate with teams and creators, monitor trends, and develop toolkits that empower the brand's digital voice in a fast-paced hybrid role based in Chicago or New York City.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated experience in social media content creation.
• Exceptional graphic design and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut.
• A portfolio showcasing design work and standout social content.
• Strong understanding of major platforms, with TikTok and Reels experience.
• Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).
• Outstanding copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with creators and managing UGC workflows.
• Recent, compelling short-form video work with lo-fi and UGC styles.
• Strong social-first editing across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Crafting thumb-stopping content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Designing static graphics and editing short-form videos in brand style.
• Collaborating with internal teams and agencies to align with campaigns.
• Monitoring evolving social trends and informing content strategy.
• Supporting the development of social toolkits, templates, and creative briefs.
• Monitoring and engaging with online audiences using social tools.
• Crafting timely, on-brand responses to comments and messages.
• Flagging emerging topics to teams for timely responses.
