The Nash Collection is seeking a hands-on Product Development & Sourcing Associate to drive new product opportunities in Nashville. You will identify trends, source materials and vendors, and support design, tech packs, POs, and production to turn ideas into sellable products.

The ideal candidate has a strong product eye, fashion sense, excellent organizational skills, and comfort coordinating with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, fashion, or related sourcing fields.
• Ability to research trends, materials, colors, and market opportunities.
• Experience creating or working with tech packs and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new product development from concept through production.
• Support sourcing, materials selection, trims, and packaging decisions.
• Create and maintain tech packs, specs, measurements, and docs.
• Track samples, revisions, approvals, and production timelines.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
