Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber (DL Required) to trim, tops, and reshape trees around utility powerlines. The role involves operating tools, handling debris, and ensuring safety with traffic control and proper equipment maintenance.

Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to climb and work from ladders, and compliance with safety protocols in varying weather conditions. Pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No fear of heights.
• Excellent hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trim and/or remove trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service tools and equipment.
• Cut and split large debris into pieces.
• Spray areas with equipment to prevent growth.
• Load/unload trucks and feed brush into woodchipper.
• Relay signals, direct traffic, and drive trucks as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and equipment.
