Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer/Climber in Charleston, WV. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay and requires working at heights with heavy physical effort. You will trim, cut, and remove debris, operate equipment, and ensure safety around workers and the public.

Qualifications include 18+ years, ability to climb and use ladders, good hand-eye coordination, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Driver license is required; pre-employment screenings may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces.
• No fear of heights.
• Must have good hand-to-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and splits large debris into pieces.
• Sprays areas with equipment to prevent growth.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Feeds brush and debris into wood chipper.
• Repairs minor damage to lawns, fences, and walkways.
• Safeguards employees and public from hazards in the work area.
