Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber in Ohio to trim and remove trees, operate equipment, and ensure safe job sites. The role is full-time and non-exempt with hourly pay, offering comprehensive health benefits and retirement plans.

The ideal candidate will be 18+, able to work at heights, and comfortable with physical, outdoor labor in varying weather. Prior experience is welcome but not required. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to walk, climb, and work from ladders, or at various heights, on uneven and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards in the work area.
