Job summary

The position requires climbing or ground-based trimming, operating woodchippers and saws, and coordinating with a crew. Applicants must be 18+, able to work at heights, and willing to work long hours, including emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Walk, climb, and work from ladders or at various heights in challenging conditions.
• Identify tree and shrub species knowledge is a plus.
• No fear of heights; good hand-eye coordination.
• Willing and able to work long hours and overtime during emergencies, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees using climbing gear or ground-based tools.
• Operates and services trimming equipment and tools.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates work with crew and customers.
• Maintains safety and public relations while performing duties.
• Loads/unloads equipment and maintains clean work areas.
