Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Pittsboro, NC seeks a Trimmer/Climber for full-time, non-exempt work. You will trim and remove trees, operate tools, load trucks, and keep job sites safe and orderly while assisting in training new staff. A high school diploma is preferred; entry-level with no experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Must be able to climb and work from ladders and at various heights.
• No fear of heights and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools and equipment.
• Cleans and splits debris; loads/unloads trucks.
• Works with barriers and signs to protect the public.
• Keeps trucks and sites clean and organized.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Performs safety duties to safeguard others.
