Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring for a Trimmer/Climber in Garner, NC. The role involves trimming and removing trees, operating and maintaining tools, and assisting with debris management in outdoor work sites.

Candidates should be 18+, able to work at heights, and possess good hand-eye coordination. A driver’s license is preferred. Training in safety and proper equipment use will be provided, with emphasis on public safety and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Capable of walking, climbing and working from ladders at various heights.
• No fear of heights and good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into woodchipper.
• Perform maintenance on tools, trucks, and equipment.
• Maintain safe, orderly work areas and coordinate with customers and emergency services as needed.
