Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber in North Carolina. This Full-Time, non-exempt role involves trimming/removing trees, operating tools, loading trucks, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to walk, climb, and work from ladders at varying heights.
• Physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug screen/background check may apply.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services all required tools/equipment.
• Cuts and splits large debris into manageable pieces.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clean and orderly.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Assumes responsibility for inspection of tools and equipment.
