Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber for full-time, non-exempt work in Indiana. The role involves trimming and removing trees, operating equipment, and ensuring safe work zones. Training will be provided; no heavy prior experience is required.

Applicants must be able to work outdoors in varied weather, climb, and handle physically demanding tasks. A Driver's License is preferred; pre-employment screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tree work outdoors.
• Requires balance, stamina, and ability to work at height.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in tree work.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into woodchippers as needed.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, and ensures safety around work zones.
• Assist in training new employees and maintain good site housekeeping.
