Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer/Climber to trim and remove trees, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure safe work furthering public protection. The role requires outdoor physical work and teamwork across crews, with training provided as needed.

Typical daily activities include loading and unloading gear, guiding traffic safely, and maintaining clean work areas. A strong emphasis on safety and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans up debris and loads onto trucks.
• Keeps trucks and work areas orderly.
• Safeguards employees and the public from hazards.
• Sets up barriers and traffic controls as needed.
• Assists in training new employees.
• Trained to perform tree and bucket rescue.
